Porsche expands the Cayenne Coupé range with the addition of the Cayenne E-Hybrid Coupé. Available to order in Australia now priced from $151,600 (plus on-road costs) with local deliveries scheduled to commence in October 2020.
Like the regular Cayenne E-Hybrid, the Cayenne E-Hybrid Coupé has a system output of 340 kW and a system torque of 700 Nm, powered by a 3.0-litre V6 turbo engine producing 340 kW of power and a 100 kW electric motor.
The Cayenne E-Hybrid Coupé is now the fourth E-Hybrid models in the Cayenne range, sitting alongside the Cayenne E-Hybrid, as well as the Cayenne Turbo S E-Hybrid and Cayenne Turbo S E-Hybrid Coupé, which are both powered by a 4.0-litre V8 bi-turbo engine and a 100 kW electric motor.
Fitted with the standard Sport Chrono package, the Cayenne E-Hybrid Coupé is capable of completing the 0 – 100 km/h sprint in just 5.1 seconds, and when fitted with the optional lightweight sports package will do it in 5.0 seconds flat.
Highlights of the Coupé variant of the Cayenne SUV model include sharper lines with a unique roof and rear section, an adaptive rear spoiler, a rear seat bench with the characteristics of two individual seats, and two different roof designs: a panoramic fixed glass roof as standard and an optional carbon roof.
